It is my goal to help women achieve a positive and satisfying birth experience.
With my tender care a woman can expect her ability to cope with labour to be greatly improved, with fewer medical interventions. Studies have shown that the presence of a doula both shortens a woman's labour and significantly reduces her level of stress.
I offer in-home prenatal visits and postpartum visits, unlimited telephone and email support, continual, effective labour support, breastfeeding assistance and postpartum services. Serving Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and the GTA.
